K-1 Fiancé(e) Visa/I-485 Adjustment of Status

Are you engaged, or planning to be engaged, to another person from a foreign country and plan to bring them to the United States ? There are two requirements that you have to meet:

  1. You intend to marry within 90days of your foreign fiancé(e) entering the United States
  2. The two of you have physically met before you filed a petition to bring them over.

Attorney Chong Moua will help you navigate the application process and ensure both these requirements are met. Or, if you intend to complete the applications yourself, he can review your application before you submit it, or advise you on what evidence to gather to meet these requirements.
