Attorney Chong Moua is a dedicated Central Valley native, having grown up in Visalia, California, and graduated from Redwood High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Stanislaus, and pursued further education at Concordia University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree.
Admitted to the State Bar of California in January 2021, Attorney Chong Moua brings over three years of experience to his practice, including trying numerous cases before a jury.
Committed to enhancing his community, Attorney Moua is actively involved with several key organizations. He serves on the boards of the Southeast Asian-American Professional Association (SEAPA), Central California Legal Services (CCLS), Central California Child Development Services (CCCDS), and Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs (APAPA). Additionally, he serves as a mentor with the Merced County Unity Bar and volunteers at the Fresno Center, reflecting his dedication to making a meaningful impact.
